Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 large white onion, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon hershey's cocoa
- 1 - 14.5 ounces can petite-diced tomatoes
- 2 - 16 ounces cans beans (do not rain; use pinto and dark red kidney beans.)
How To Make chili

Step 1Cook beef, onions and garlic in a large skillet until meat is browned; drain. Transfer to a large pot and add all seasonings and tomatoes (do not add beans). Cover and simmer on low heat for one hour, stirring occasionally.

Step 2After one hour, add beans. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve. NOTE: Recipe can be doubled or tripled.
