How to Make CHILI

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown the ground beef, onion, and garlic seasoned with the salt, pepper, and garlic salt.
  2. Add the tomato sauce, tomato soup, water, red beans, kidney beans, tomatoes, and jalapeno peppers.
  3. Stir. Cook slowly - the longer the better - but at least 3 to 4 hours. As it is cooking, make sure to degrease.
  4. Enjoy - with your choice of crackers. I also like to add chopped raw onions and shredded cheddar cheese to my bowl - yummy!
