This is the most flavorful chili I have ever eaten.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 can (15.5 oz ) kidney beans drained and rinsed

How To Make chili

  • Step 1
    Cook and stir ground beef,onions,bell pepper and garlic over medium high heat until meat is Brown and vegetables are tender
  • Step 2
    Drain off fat. Add remaining ingredients except for kidney beans and bring to a boil.
  • Step 3
    Reduce heat to low and cover and simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • Step 4
    Add kidney beans and heat thoroughly and serve
