Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup bell pepper, chopped
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 28 ounces tomatoes, canned and chopped, with liquid
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 cans kidney beans, canned
How To Make chili

Step 1In large pot, melt butter, add onion and bell pepper, cook gently until wilted.

Step 2Add ground beef and brown.

Step 3Add remaining ingredients except the beans.

Step 4Simmer covered until beef is done. Add beans and reheat.
