This recipe can also be substituted with ground turkey, but adding a little extra spice when using turkey is recommended to prevent a gamey taste.

onion, medium
green pepper, medium
red pepper, medium
28 oz
tomatoes, canned whole
24 oz
tomato sauce
24 oz
red kidney beans
6 oz
tomato paste
1 Tbsp
chili powder
1 tsp
minced onion
1/4 tsp
sea salt
1/4 tsp
black pepper
1/4 tsp
garlic powder
1/4 tsp
garlic salt
2 Tbsp
olive oil

How to Make Chili


  • 1Cook beef in frying pan until done. Drain grease.

    In separate pan, cook chopped onion, red pepper and green pepper with olive oil. Cook until tender.
  • 2Mix tomato paste in meat first. Drain whole tomatoes and smash with large spoon and blend with the meat.
  • 3In a large pot, mix all remaining ingredients. Cook at medium heat until boiling. Turn to low and cook covered for 25 minutes.
