How to Make Chili
1Cook beef in frying pan until done. Drain grease.
In separate pan, cook chopped onion, red pepper and green pepper with olive oil. Cook until tender.
2Mix tomato paste in meat first. Drain whole tomatoes and smash with large spoon and blend with the meat.
3In a large pot, mix all remaining ingredients. Cook at medium heat until boiling. Turn to low and cook covered for 25 minutes.
