This is one of the best chili recipes I have ever made. Serve with crackers. Really good on hot dogs and frito pie.

ground beef or chili meat
1 lb
breakfast sausage with sage
1 can(s)
large tomato sauce
3-4 Tbsp
chili powder
3 tsp
2 tsp
hot red chili pepper
1 clove
garlic minced
1 bunch
green onions chopped
1/2 c
onion, chopped
1 tsp
italian seasoning

How to Make Chili


  • 1Brown ground beef, breakfast sausage and onion. Drain. Put meat in large dutch oven or stock pot. Add 1 large can tomato sauce. Pour enough water in to cover meat. Add rest of seasonings. Simmer 5-7 hours. Serve with crackers or cornbread.
