Ingredients
- 6 - boneless chicken breasts, boiled
- 1 - medium onion, chopped
- 2 cups reserved chicken broth
- 38 ounces canned white kidney beans (drained)
- 2 small cans chopped green chiles
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cilantro
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
How To Make chicken and white bean chili

Step 1Cut chicken into bite-size pieces.

Step 2Saute chopped onion in small amount of oil.

Step 3Add chicken and onion to chicken broth.

Step 4Add chiles and all seasonings.

Step 5Cook on low heat 15-20 minutes.

Step 6Stir in kidney beans and sour cream.

Step 7Continue cooking another 10 minutes.

Step 8Serve topped with shredded monterey jack cheese and crushed tortilla chips.
