boneless chicken breasts, boiled
medium onion, chopped
2 c
reserved chicken broth
38 oz
canned white kidney beans (drained)
2 small
cans chopped green chiles
3 Tbsp
sour cream
2 tsp
ground cumin
1 tsp
2 tsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
1/4 tsp
ground red pepper

How to Make Chicken and White Bean Chili


  • 1Cut chicken into bite-size pieces.
  • 2Saute chopped onion in small amount of oil.
  • 3Add chicken and onion to chicken broth.
  • 4Add chiles and all seasonings.
  • 5Cook on low heat 15-20 minutes.
  • 6Stir in kidney beans and sour cream.
  • 7Continue cooking another 10 minutes.
  • 8Serve topped with shredded monterey jack cheese and crushed tortilla chips.
