How To Make
Brown the lean ground chuck with chopped onions and garlic in a large stock pot, breaking the meat into small pieces. Cook until no longer pink; drain fat.
Add your spices, beef stock, tomatoes, tomato sauce and ketchup to the drained meat mixture. Stir well. Cover and simmer for one hour.
