Ingredients
- 3 pounds lean ground chuck
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 dash red pepper
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 ounce oregeno
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
- 1 quart beef stock
- 1 pint tomatoes, chopped
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
How To Make buzzard's breath chili

Step 1Brown the lean ground chuck with chopped onions and garlic in a large stock pot, breaking the meat into small pieces. Cook until no longer pink; drain fat.

Step 2Add your spices, beef stock, tomatoes, tomato sauce and ketchup to the drained meat mixture. Stir well. Cover and simmer for one hour.
