Ingredients
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin
- 19 ounces black bean soup
- 14 1/2 ounces fire roasted tomatoes, canned
- 8 3/4 ounces corn, canned
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/3 cup green onions, sliced
- - sour cream
How To Make black bean chili chowder

Step 1In a large saucepan, saute onions in olive oil for a couple of minutes, add garlic and saute another couple of minutes.

Step 2Add soup, tomatoes, corn, 1/2 of the green onions, red pepper flakes and salsa; bring to boil.

Step 3Reduce heat to medium; cook 3 minutes.

Step 4Serve with a dollop of sour cream and reserved green onions.
