How to Make Black Bean Chili Chowder
- In a large saucepan, saute onions in olive oil for a couple of minutes, add garlic and saute another couple of minutes.
- Add soup, tomatoes, corn, 1/2 of the green onions, red pepper flakes and salsa; bring to boil.
- Reduce heat to medium; cook 3 minutes.
- Serve with a dollop of sour cream and reserved green onions.
