Ingredients
- 1 medium onion diced
- 1 medium red bell pepper diced
- 1 medium green bell pepper diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 3 cans black beans
- 2 cups vegetable stock
- 28 ounces crushed tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoons cumin powder
- 1/4 cup molasses
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make black bean chili

Step 1Place the oil in bottom of large pot. Add the onions, peppers and garlic and saute for 5 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and simmer 20 minutes.
