    onion diced
  • 1 medium
    red bell pepper diced
  • 1 medium
    green bell pepper diced
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 3 can(s)
    black beans
  • 2 c
    vegetable stock
  • 28 oz
    crushed tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp
    chili powder
  • 2 tsp
    cumin powder
  • 1/4 c
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Black Bean Chili


  1. Place the oil in bottom of large pot. Add the onions, peppers and garlic and saute for 5 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and simmer 20 minutes.
