My mothe-in-law gave me this recipe and it is fantastic! I think she found it in a Taste of Home Magazine. With fall right around the corner I'm looking forward to making it again!

How to Make Black Bean and Pumpkin Chili -Slow Cooker


  • 1In a large skillet saute onion, yellow pepper and garlic in oil until tender, transfer to slow cooker, stir in remailing ingredients.
  • 2Cover and cook on low 4 to 5 hours until heated through
