My mothe-in-law gave me this recipe and it is fantastic! I think she found it in a Taste of Home Magazine. With fall right around the corner I'm looking forward to making it again!

Ingredients
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1 medium chopped yellow pepper
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 2 cans 15 oz black beans
- 2 1/2 cups cubed cooked turkey
- 1 can 15 oz solid packed pumpkin
- 1 can 14 1/2 oz diced tomatoes drained
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Step 1In a large skillet saute onion, yellow pepper and garlic in oil until tender, transfer to slow cooker, stir in remailing ingredients.

Step 2Cover and cook on low 4 to 5 hours until heated through
