    medium onion, chopped
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 c
    cooked chicken, cubed
  • 1 can(s)
    black beans, drained
  • 2 c
    chicken broth
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (4 oz) can(s)
    chopped green chilies
  • 1 tsp
  • 1-3 dash(es)
    cayenne pepper sauce, to taste

How to Make Black and White Chili


  1. Saute onion and garlic in oil until transparent.
  2. Put all ingredients into a large kettle or dutch oven. Simmer 1 hour.
  3. Option: Top each serving with grated cheddar cheese or a dollop of sour cream.
