Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 - garlic clove, minced
- 1 32-oz cans tomato juice
- 1 15-oz cans hot chili beans, undrained
- 1 14-oz cans diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 10-oz cans condensed beef broth, undiluted
- 1 6-oz cans tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- - sour cream
How To Make bewitching chili

Step 1In a Dutch oven, cook beef, peppers, onion and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.

Step 2Stir in tomato juice, beans, tomatoes, broth, tomato paste and seasonings; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

Step 3Serve in Cauldron Bread Bowls (see recipe) if desired. Garnish with sour cream.
