1 - velveeta cheese (large block)
8 ounces cream cheese
2 cups chili (use leftover red chili) or 1 large can chili

How To Make best of the best chili con queso dip

Step 1

Cut up velveeta and cream cheese and add to large pot over med-high heat. stir until both are completely melted.

Step 2

Add chili and stir until combined.
Step 3

Serve hot with tortilla chips
