This is the beat Chili. I make it on cold nights and it is so yummy.Everyone wants the recipe when they taste this.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • (1) 29 ounces tomato sauce
  • (1) 29 ounces kidney beans with liquid
  • (1) 29 ounces pinto beans with liquid
  • 1 cup diced onions (medium)
  • 1/2 cup diced green chilli (2)
  • 1/4 cup celery
  • - 3 medium tomatoes chopped
  • 2 teaspoons cumin powder
  • 3 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 cups water

How To Make best chili ever

  • Step 1
    1. brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat;drain off fat
  • Step 2
    using fork, crumble the cooked beef into pea sized pieces
  • Step 3
    Makes about 12 servings
  • Step 4
    In a large pot, combine the beef plus all the remaining ingredients, and bring to a simmer over low heat. cook,stirring every 15 min for 2-3 hrs
  • Step 5
    TIDBITS: for spicier chili, add 1/2 tea. more black pepper. for much spicier add 1/2 tea. black pepper and tablespoon of cayenne pepper. and for a real stomach stinger,add 5 or 6 jalapeno pepper to the pot. Leftovers can be frozen for several months
