Ingredients

  • ·
    meatballs:
  • 1 1/2 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 1/2 c
    onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 c
    bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    black pepper
  • 2
    eggs, slightly beaten
  • ·
    sauce:
  • 1 bottle
    chili sauce
  • 1/2 can(s)
    cranberry sauce, jellied

How to Make Berry Glazed Meatballs

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat the oven to 375F. In a large bowl mix the meatball ingredients until well mixed. Then shpae into 1 inch balls. Place on an ungreased 15x10x1 inch pan or cookie sheet.
  2. Then bake for about 25 to 30 mins or until meatballs are fully cooked & no longer pink on the inside.
  3. In the mean time.In a3 quart saucepan or large pot stir together the sacue ingredients until well blended. Heat to a boil over medium heat. Then reduce the eat to low & simmer for about 5 mins. Make sure to stir occasionally.
  4. Thread the cranberries on a toothpick as a garnish, stick the toothpick in each meatballs to serve.
