Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground chuck
  • 2 cans petite diced tomatoes (large cans)
  • 1 large onion diced
  • 2 cans red beans or kidney beans drained and rised
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paparika
  • 2 tablespoons crushed garlic
  • 1 can beer (i prefere michelob
  • 1 can (optional) green chili tomatoes

How To Make beer chili

  • Step 1
    brown ground chuck, onions and garlic and drain
  • Step 2
    add remaining ingredents
  • Step 3
    let simmer for about an hour to thicken
