    ground chuck
  • 2 can(s)
    petite diced tomatoes (large cans)
  • 1 large
    onion diced
  • 2 can(s)
    red beans or kidney beans drained and rised
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh cilantro
  • 2 Tbsp
    chili powder
  • 1 tsp
  • 2 Tbsp
    crushed garlic
  • 1 can(s)
    beer (i prefere michelob
  • 1 can(s)
    (optional) green chili tomatoes

How to Make Beer Chili


  1. brown ground chuck, onions and garlic and drain
  2. add remaining ingredents
  3. let simmer for about an hour to thicken
