Beef Nacho Soup

This is a chili recipe that I made for my kids every Halloween. Every one of my children asked me for the recipe and make it for their families every Halloween.

1 pkg
taco seasoning
1 jar(s)
thick and chunky salsa (any brand)
1 can(s)
canned diced tomatoes
1 can(s)
tomato soup
1 can(s)
tomato paste
1 can(s)
water (equal to tomato paste)
1 can(s)
chili beans (do not drain)
3 Tbsp
chili powder ( or to your own taste)
2 Tbsp
salt and pepper
3-5 Tbsp
2-3 c
cheddar cheese
1 large
bag nacho chips (plain)
1 small
container of sour cream (optional)


1Add taco seasoning to hamburger and brown in dutch oven. Drain the meat and place back into pot.
2Add salsa, diced tomatoes, soup, paste, water, chili beans, chili powder, salt and pepper, sugar.
3Stir all ingredients and bring to light boil. Simmer for 30 minutes to an hour.
4Serve hot. Top with cheddar cheese and chips. Sour cream if so desired.
