This is a chili recipe that I made for my kids every Halloween. Every one of my children asked me for the recipe and make it for their families every Halloween.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds hamburger
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1 jar thick and chunky salsa (any brand)
- 1 can canned diced tomatoes
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 can water (equal to tomato paste)
- 1 can chili beans (do not drain)
- 3 tablespoons chili powder ( or to your own taste)
- 2 tablespoons salt and pepper
- 3-5 tablespoons sugar
- 2-3 cups cheddar cheese
- 1 large bag nacho chips (plain)
- 1 small container of sour cream (optional)
How To Make beef nacho soup

Step 1Add taco seasoning to hamburger and brown in dutch oven. Drain the meat and place back into pot.

Step 2Add salsa, diced tomatoes, soup, paste, water, chili beans, chili powder, salt and pepper, sugar.

Step 3Stir all ingredients and bring to light boil. Simmer for 30 minutes to an hour.

Step 4Serve hot. Top with cheddar cheese and chips. Sour cream if so desired.
