Baked Rice with Green Chilis

This is sooo good (not to mention fattening). I like to serve it with Herbed Flank Steak, which I will also post.


  • 3 c
    cooked white rice
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1/2 c
    monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    chili powder
  • 1 can(s)
    chopped green chilis

How To Make

  • 1
    Heat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients and pour into greased 2 quart casserole. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
