baked rice with green chilis
This is sooo good (not to mention fattening). I like to serve it with Herbed Flank Steak, which I will also post.

Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked white rice
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 can chopped green chilis
How To Make baked rice with green chilis

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients and pour into greased 2 quart casserole. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
