Ingredients
- 5 pounds ground sirloin
- 2 large onion diced
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 4 - jalapeno's seeded and minced
- - salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons each smoked paprika, mccormicks grill mates chipotle roasted garlic powder, rio grande chili blend, ancho chili powder, new mexico red chili powder and red pepper flakes
- 28 ounces can tomato puree
- 28 ounces can crushed tomatoes
- 28 ounces can whole peeled tomatoes rough chop with juice
- 14 ounces can tomato sauce
- 6 ounces can tomato paste
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- - sour cream and shredded cheese for topping
How To Make award winning chili with no beans

Step 1Brown the ground sirloin with the onion, garlic, and jalapenos. season with salt and pepper. Drain. Add to slow cooker.

Step 2Add all other ingredients except sour cream and cheese. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours.

Step 3Serve with shredded cheese and a dollup of sour cream
