Face it... there are nights none of us have time to really cook. This solves that problem regularly in our house. Fast! Simple! and really good.

prep time 20 Min
cook time 1 Hr
method ---
yield 6-8 serving(s)

Ingredients

  • 1 can pinto beans
  • 1 can garbanzo beans
  • 1 can dark red kidny beans
  • 1 can light red kidney beans
  • 1 can navy beans
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can diced tomato
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 packages goya sazon seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon liquid smoke flavoring
  • 1 - diced bell peppar
  • 1 - diced onion
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons chicken bouillon granules

How To Make 7 can chili

  • Step 1
In a soup pot (2qt pan), sautee onion, bell pepper, minced garlic, and cook meat of choice. I use cubed pork most often, but this is great with ground beef or cubed chicken as well. If your using pork of chicken then just lightly brown them until the opaque.
  • Step 2
Drain all beans and rinse. Add beans and tomatoes to 2qt pan, cover with water, add Sazon seasoning packets, ketchup, liquid smoke, and salt and pepper to your taste.
  • Step 3
The longer this cooks the better it tastes!! Bring to a boil, cover and cook until you're ready to eat. Top with shredded Mexican cheese blend. That's it. :)
