Ingredients
- 1 can hot chili beans
- 1 can rotel
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound sausage
- 1 teaspoon dried onion
- - crushed red pepper and garlic to taste
How To Make 3 bowl chili

Step 1Brown and drain meats. Or, you can do it like I do and boil them until no longer pink. (I learned the boiling trick from my sister who owns a restaurant..gets rid of alot of the fat!!)

Step 2Mix all together in a dutch oven or stockpot. Add one can of water. I used the chili bean one to get all the good stuff out!

Step 3Simmer for about an hour.
