This chicken soup is broth based-so not so thick and creamy. It tastes delicious. I don't know if it is the chicken soup or the love in making the soup that makes you feel better. This is another recipe from my friend, Debbie.

Ingredients

  • 1 - chicken fryer
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 3 stalks celery, chopped
  • 3 - carrots, cut up
  • 2 cups dry egg noodles
  • 1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 2 - chicken bouillon cubes

How To Make when you don't feel good soup

  • Step 1
    Cover the chicken with water; add bouillon cubes. Cook until done.
  • Step 2
    Remove meat from bones and set aside.
  • Step 3
    Place chopped vegetables in the chicken broth. and cook until done.
  • Step 4
    Add egg noodles and tomatoes. Cook 15 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Step 5
    Place the chicken meat back into the soup and cook for 10 more minutes. Eat and enjoy, then you will feel better.
