- 4 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite sized pieces
- 5 tablespoons chicken soup base
- 2 cups sliced carrots

- 1 cup chopped onion
- - fresh ground black pepper

How To Make weather change: chicken noodle soup
-
Step 1Bring salted water to a boil and place chicken pieces in boiling water. Turn temp to medium/low, cover and simmer for about 1 hour. Add soup base, celery salt, and pepper. Bring liquid back to a boil uncovered, add carrots and onion. Lightly boil until carrots are tender (about 10 to 15 minutes). When carrots are tender and soup is still boiling, add noodles and cook according to package directions. When noodles are cooked, eat and enjoy.
