1 boxchicken stock
1 mediumchopped onion
1 can(s)italian tomatos n juice
1bag store bought cheese tortallini
How to Make Very Italian Wedding Soup
- You can use store bought meatballs. I mixed pound of ground beef w/egg, italian breadcrumbs,Parm cheese, 1/4 cup finely chopped onion, and 1tbls herbes de provance. made tiny meatballs and baked.
- while meatballs baking saute carrots and onion w/garlic in olive oil. add chicken stock 4 cups water can tomatoes cook on med s&p for 40min. Add meatballs tortelini, and pasta bring back to boil for 10min add spinach season w/S&P and parm cheese simmer for another 10min. enjoy!!!!
