Ingredients
- 8 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 cup fish sauce
- 3 slices ginger
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 stalks lemon grass bruised
- 6 - red chili peppers
- 1 - boneless skinless chicken breast cut thin
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1/2 cup daikon radish cut into matchsticks
- 1 bunch green onions chopped
- 1 cup fresh cilantro chopped
- 1 package ramen noodles
How To Make thai style chicken ramen

Step 1Place the chicken stock, fish sauce, ginger garlic, lemongrass and red chilies in a large pot. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer and simmer 15 minutes. Strain the broth and discard the solids.

Step 2Add the brown sugar and chicken cook 2 minutes. Add the ramen noodles if it comes with a packet you can use it or not. Cook until noodles done. Top with remaining ingredients and serve.
