  • 8 c
    chicken broth
  • 1/4 c
    fish sauce
  • 3 slice
  • 4 clove
  • 2 stalk(s)
    lemon grass bruised
  • 6
    red chili peppers
  • 1
    boneless skinless chicken breast cut thin
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 c
    bean sprouts
  • 1/2 c
    daikon radish cut into matchsticks
  • 1 bunch
    green onions chopped
  • 1 c
    fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 pkg
    ramen noodles

How to Make Thai Style Chicken Ramen


  1. Place the chicken stock, fish sauce, ginger garlic, lemongrass and red chilies in a large pot. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer and simmer 15 minutes. Strain the broth and discard the solids.
  2. Add the brown sugar and chicken cook 2 minutes. Add the ramen noodles if it comes with a packet you can use it or not. Cook until noodles done. Top with remaining ingredients and serve.
