chicken broth
1/4 c
fish sauce
3 slice
ginger
4 clove
garlic
2 stalk(s)
lemon grass bruised

boneless skinless chicken breast cut thin

brown sugar

bean sprouts
1/2 c
daikon radish cut into matchsticks
1 bunch
green onions chopped

fresh cilantro chopped

ramen noodles

How to Make Thai Style Chicken Ramen

Step-by-Step

  • 1Place the chicken stock, fish sauce, ginger garlic, lemongrass and red chilies in a large pot. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer and simmer 15 minutes. Strain the broth and discard the solids.
  • 2Add the brown sugar and chicken cook 2 minutes. Add the ramen noodles if it comes with a packet you can use it or not. Cook until noodles done. Top with remaining ingredients and serve.
