Ingredients

  • 8 cups chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup fish sauce
  • 3 slices ginger
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 stalks lemon grass bruised
  • 6 - red chili peppers
  • 1 - boneless skinless chicken breast cut thin
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1/2 cup daikon radish cut into matchsticks
  • 1 bunch green onions chopped
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 package ramen noodles

How To Make thai style chicken ramen

  • Step 1
    Place the chicken stock, fish sauce, ginger garlic, lemongrass and red chilies in a large pot. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer and simmer 15 minutes. Strain the broth and discard the solids.
  • Step 2
    Add the brown sugar and chicken cook 2 minutes. Add the ramen noodles if it comes with a packet you can use it or not. Cook until noodles done. Top with remaining ingredients and serve.
