Ingredients

  • 6 medium chicken legs
  • 2 liters water
  • 2 tablespoons red curry paste
  • 2 cans coconut milk, unsweetened
  • 1 bunch thai basil
  • 1 small yellow onion
  • 3 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 2 pinches red crush peppers
  • 1 stick optional lemon grass
  • 5 - lime leaves

How To Make thai chicken curry

  • Step 1
    clean the chicken,add water to your a med size pot,bring to boil,drop chicken in. cook for 20min or til chicken is almost done.
  • Step 2
    add lemon grass (optional) add onions,lime leaves,red curry paste,coconut milk,fish sauce,simmer 20 min
  • Step 3
    add thai basil,then turn off the stove, let set for 15 min then ENJOY over jasmine rice,I like to squeeze alittle fresh lime juice and fish sauce in a small bowl w/some slice thai chille peppers then just spread over your dish!!!!!
