Ingredients
- 6 medium chicken legs
- 2 liters water
- 2 tablespoons red curry paste
- 2 cans coconut milk, unsweetened
- 1 bunch thai basil
- 1 small yellow onion
- 3 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 pinches red crush peppers
- 1 stick optional lemon grass
- 5 - lime leaves
How To Make thai chicken curry

Step 1clean the chicken,add water to your a med size pot,bring to boil,drop chicken in. cook for 20min or til chicken is almost done.

Step 2add lemon grass (optional) add onions,lime leaves,red curry paste,coconut milk,fish sauce,simmer 20 min

Step 3add thai basil,then turn off the stove, let set for 15 min then ENJOY over jasmine rice,I like to squeeze alittle fresh lime juice and fish sauce in a small bowl w/some slice thai chille peppers then just spread over your dish!!!!!
