chicken legs
2 l
water
2 Tbsp
red curry paste
2 can(s)
coconut milk, unsweetened
1 bunch
thai basil
1 small
yellow onion
3 Tbsp
fish sauce
2 pinch
red crush peppers
1 stick
optional lemon grass

lime leaves

How to Make THAI CHICKEN CURRY

Step-by-Step

  • 1clean the chicken,add water to your a med size pot,bring to boil,drop chicken in. cook for 20min or til chicken is almost done.
  • 2add lemon grass (optional) add onions,lime leaves,red curry paste,coconut milk,fish sauce,simmer 20 min
  • 3add thai basil,then turn off the stove, let set for 15 min then ENJOY over jasmine rice,I like to squeeze alittle fresh lime juice and fish sauce in a small bowl w/some slice thai chille peppers then just spread over your dish!!!!!
