2Start with your biggest crock pot. Wash and put the chicken breast in the botton of the pot add spices. turn on to high and cover.
3Now, in a fry pan heat atleast 5 T. of olive oil. Start adding the chopped veggie and saute till translucent.Add to the crock pot along with all other ingredients, except noodles.Stir once in a while.Cook on low for 6 hrs
4At the end remove chicken pull off the bone and put back in the soup
If you like a thicker soup thicken with corn starch
5To serve in individual bowl,noodles then soup. That all the kids want but of course dress it up with salad and bread.
