- 32 ounces chicken broth, condensed
- 3 ounces oriental noodles, chicken flavor, broken-up
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper, ground
- 3 cups chicken, cooked and cubed
- 2 medium apples, chopped
- 6 ounces pea pods, frozen and cut up
- 4 - green onions, diagonally cut
How To Make szechwan chicken soup

Step 1In a large saucepan or dutch oven stir together chicken broth, noodles and flavoring packet, red pepper, and 3 soup cans (3 3/4 cups) water.

Step 2Bring to boiling; reduce heat.

Step 3Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 4Stir in remaining ingredients.

Step 5Return to boiling.

Step 6Serve at once.
