Stir Fry Chicken Noodle Soup!
This is an easy recipe full of veggies! Enjoy!
2-4 largechicken legs/with thighs
1 largeonion (chopped)
3 cstir fried veggies of choice
3 pkgramen chicken noodle soup
1/2 tspeach: salt and pepper
1 tspeach: poultry seasoning and garlic powder
How to Make Stir Fry Chicken Noodle Soup!
- Put chicken legs in a large sauce pan. Fill the pan 3/4 full with water. Bring to a boil for 15 minutes on high. Reduce heat and simmer on medium - low for 35 minutes (or until the chicken is done and tender). Remove the chicken from the pan, let cool. Add the onion and stir fry vegetables to the pan. Cook until the vegetables are done to your liking, while the veggies are cooking, remove the meat from the bones. Add the meat to the pan and add seasonings inclucing the packets from the ramen noodles. Add the ramaen noodles. Cook about 5 - 10 minutes more.
