Ingredients
- bunch chicken or meat bones
- 6 cups filtered water
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 3 carrots, chopped
- 1 onion, cut in half
- 5 garlic cloves
- 1 pepper, cut in half
- 1/2 cup cut tumeric
- 1/2 cup cut ginger
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro
How To Make slow cooker bone broth

Step 1Add everything to a slow cooker and simmer on low for about 12 hours.

Step 2Strain and let cool, season to taste with salt and pepper.

Step 3Fill jars and refrigerate before using. Once cold, skim any fat from top of jar.
