Ingredients
- 2 cups saute chicken
- 1/2 - medium onion-chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 3 to 5 - large russet potatoes-cubed or red potatoes cubed.
- 6 1/4 cups water
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can (12 ounce) can evaporate milk
- 1 can whole kernel corn
How To Make simple chicken potato soup.....

Step 1Saute Chicken... In a 4-quart soup pan. Saute onion and butter until onion becomes transparent. Add potatoes,water,salt, and pepper and bring to a boil. Gently boil potatoes for 15 minutes, or until tender. Reduce to low heat. Stir in Chicken, corn and milk. Cook on low for an additional 5/10 minutes. Garnish with Cheddar Cheese.
