THIS IS A QUICK AND EASY CHOWDER RECIPE. YOU CAN SUBSTITUE CHICKEN OR TURKEY INSTEAD OF THE SEAFOOD, IF YOU LIKE. I SERVE THIS WITH HOMEMADE FRENCH BREAD, OR MAKE UP SOME PANINNIS. OH SO GOOD!

SAUTEE ONIONS, PEPPERS AND CARROTS IN BUTTER. JUST UNTIL ONIONS ARE CLEAR. ABOUT 5 MIN. ADD CHIX BROTH, SOUPS, CORN, AND MILK. LET THIS COOK UNTIL CARROTS ARE ALMOST TENDER. ABOUT ANOTHER 7 MIN. ADD SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE. ADD CLAMS WITH THE JUICE, AND THE TALIPIA CHUNKS, AND COOK UNTIL THE FISH IS WHITE. ADD SPINACH, SHRIMP AND CRAB MEAT, AND LET HEAT THROUGH OR UNTIL SHRIMP (IF USING UNCOOKED) TURNS PINK. DON'T OVER COOK, OR SHRIMP WILL BECOME TOUGH.
