Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken, cooked and chopped
- 1 can pinto beans
- 1 can kidney beans
- 2 cans rotel (mild or spicy, your choice)
- 2 cans white shoepeg corn
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 2 packages taco seasoning mix
- 1 cup chopped onion, saute until softened
- 2 cups chicken broth (can use water)
- 2 packages ranch style dressing mix
How To Make sante fe stew

Step 1Drain and rinse all of the canned beans and the corn. Mix all ingredients together in a dutch oven and bring to a boil. Immediately reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

Step 2Serve with shredded cheese Colby Jack cheese, sour cream and tortilla chips.
