I have been sick with the flu/sinus infection, and needed some good old soup like my gramma used to make, so I through this together, and it turned out wonderfully! :)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked, chopped chicken
  • 1 can sliced carrots
  • 1 can green beans
  • 1 can chicken broth, low salt
  • 5 - chicken bouillon cubes
  • - water
  • 1 cup elbow macaroni
  • 1 tablespoon any combination of herbs and spices that you like
  • 1 teaspoon salt and pepper

How To Make quick chicken soup

  • Step 1
    In a large soup pot, put in the veggies, chicken, and noodles.
  • Step 2
    pour in the can of chicken broth, the bouillon cubes and enough water to bring liquid over ingredients by approx. 2in.
  • Step 3
    Bring to a simmer. Add whatever herbs and spices you like, to taste along with some salt and pepper. Serve with crackers.
