Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 package Knorr rice sides (chicken flavored)
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 1 celery stalk, diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 teaspoons parsley flakes
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup chopped chicken

How To Make quick chicken and rice soup

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients except for the chopped chicken in a medium-sized saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat and continue cooking for 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  • Step 2
    Stir in the chicken and heat thoroughly before serving.
