Ingredients
- 3 pounds chicken bones
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 large carrot, chopped
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 6 cloves garlic, chopped
- 7 sprigs thyme
- 7 sprigs parsley
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
How To Make pressure cooked chicken bone broth

Step 1Place the chicken bones, celery, onion and carrot on a baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F and roast for about 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and place in an Instant Pot.

Step 2Add remaining ingredients to the Instant Pot and add water to the fill line. Secure the lid and pressure cook 4 hours. Natural release then remove the lid.

Step 3Strain discarding solids. Cheese cloth is the best for getting a clear soup.
