Ingredients
- 8 large boneless chicken breasts
- 5 cups chopped carrots
- 4 cups chopped celery
- 2 tblsp chopped parsley
- 5 lbs egg noodles, uncooked
- jar chiken soup base
- 16 oz chicken broth, non-fat
How To Make my homemade chicken noodle soup

Step 1Cook chicken breasts in water along with 1 cup celery and carrots until done. When cooked set aside to cool.

Step 2In an electric roaster add jar of soup base add 3 gallon of water. Cook till it boils and then add remaining carrots, celery and the parsley. set on 300 degrees and let simmer.

Step 3Shred chicken breasts and add to soup base.

Step 4Cook noodles according tp package directions. Do not over cook, drain and add to other ingredients. Stir as needed, If soup seems to be to thick add chicken broth.
