My late sister gave me this recipe. I think she got it from her son-in-law who was a fireman that got it from the fire station.

Ingredients
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 2 cans tyson chicken
- 1 can mexicorn
- 1 can pinto or ranch style
- 1 package ranch dressing mix
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
How To Make mimi's chicken tortilla soup from aunt judy

Step 1Instead of canned broth and chicken you can boil a chicken and use that instead. Drain beans and corn.

Step 2In large pot put broth, chicken and Ranch dressing mix, taco seasoning. Whisk until well mixed. Add drained corn and beans. Heat to a boil. Simmer 20 minutes.

Step 3Serve with crispy tortilla strips and Monterey Jack cheese on top. Add chopped avocados, sour cream and other toppings as desired.
