Ingredients
- 4 medium chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
- 1 can rotel diced chilis
- 1 package mccormick taco seasoning mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 5 medium crushed corn chips
- 2 slices avocado
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 slice monterrey jack cheese
How To Make laurie's chicken tortilla soup

Step 1Dice cooked chicken breast and place in skillet. Add chopped garlic and taco seasoning and let simmer. Then add Rotel, Cream of mushroom soup and cream of chicken soup.

Step 2Pour ingredients from skillet into crock pot. Add chicken broth.Let simmer until flavors meld together.

Step 3Serve in bowl. Add Monterrey jack cheese, chips, sour cream and avocado.
