Ingredients
- 5 - chicken breast with skin and bone (take off skin after cooked)
- 2 pints chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons knorr's chicken bouillon - gives a robust flavor
- 4 large carrotts cut up
- 3 - stalks of celery cut up
- 2 - zucchini cut up
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon parsley, or flakes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 cups noodles, rice or small potato cut up incubes
How To Make jo's chicken soup

Step 1Clean chicken and pat dry. Put Chicken broth in crock pot, with chicken: add carrotts, celery, zucchini, onion, and seasonings,add bouillon to taste not too much, cook on high for 5 hours or low for 12 hours. Add noddles, rice or potatoes at the last hour. Last hour take chicken out of pot remove skin and bone, cut into small pieces. Return to pot and continue to cook.
