How to Make AUNT LIZ's ITALIAN WEDDING SOUP
- Combine meat, egg, breadcrumbs, cheese and seasonings. Shape into mini meatballs.
- Heat broth to boiling. Carefully drop meatballs into boiling broth.
- Add spinach or escarole, orzo and carrot. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook at a slow boil for 10 minutes or until orzo is tender stirring frequently.
