2 mediumboneless pork chops, cut into cubes

1 tspcooking oil

1 can(s)(15 oz) petite tomatoes, undrained

2 can(s)14 1/2 oz. chicken broth
-
2 Tbspdried minced onions
-
1 can(s)(15 oz) great northern beans, drained

8 ozfresh spinach leaves, torn
How to Make Italian Cupboard Soup
- In a deep saucepan, brown the pork in cooking oil. Add all ingredients except spinach. Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Stir in the torn spinach and cook for 2 more minutes.
It's delicious topped with grated Parmesan cheese and served with warm and crusty Italian bread
