This takes about 20 minutes start to finish. Great for letting the little ones get up on the step stool and make a Meal. They feel so proud.My 7 yr old Nephew thinks he's a cooking God every time I teach him something new.

Ingredients

  • 1 box
    scalloped potato mix w/seaoning mix
  • 1 can(s)
    (10 oz.) chicken breast meat w/liquid
  • 4 1/2 c
    water
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 c
    frozen mixed vegetables or i use a small bag of italian style vegetables

How to Make In a Pinch Chicken Soup

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix potatoes, seasoning packet, chicken, water and pepper together in 2-to 3-quart saucepan. Bring to boil, then add Frozen vegetables. Simmer at low boil 15-17 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
