Ingredients
- 2 - eggs
- 3 tablespoons cold water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups flour
How To Make homemade egg noodles

Step 1Beat eggs until fluffy. I also add the salt in with these as I beat them

Step 2Add remaining ingredients and knead together

Step 3Roll out on floured table until thickness you like your noodles to be, about 1/8 inch

Step 4Cut into strips with back of a butter knife, drape strips over bowl to dry. This should take less than an hour

Step 5Place gently in homemade chicken soup and boil gently for approx 7-9 minutes
