Ingredients
- 1 - recipe homemade noddles[recipe posted but with 1 extra egg and garlic powder used instead of reg salt
- - boney pieces from 2 chickens[backs and wings]
- 1/2 large onion,chopped
- 1 medium carrot,diced
- 2 - celery stalks,chopped
- 8 ounces fresh mushroom,chopped
- 1 medium green pepper,chopped
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/2 tablespoon thyme, dried
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1 1/2 tablespoons old bay seasoning
- 1 1/2 tablespoons wild chives,chopped
- 2 quarts water
- 2 cups milk, 1%

Step 1start night before...put chicken,onion,green pepper, celery mushrooms, water and spices in crock pot cook on low overnight in mornin debone chicken put in stock pot and simmer several hour[reduce by 1/3]

Step 2while stock is cooking make noodles let dry several hrs

Step 3once stock is ready turn pan to med high bring to full boil add noodles stir[make sure they not sticking together] cook 12-15 min...or longer depends on how thick u made noodles[ eat one to made sure they tender

Step 4once tender add milk and heat til hot serve with whole wheat saltines
