  • Step 1
First place chicken in pot salt then fill the pot half way with water to cover the chicken and let cook 1 hour Cook on medium to have a mild boil..
  • Step 2
While thats cooking cut up all your veggies... Potatoes carrots celery...
  • Step 3
then Once your chicken is finished using to forks shred the chicken into pieces leaving the pieces slight chunky bites.. Using all the meat you can get out of the breasts including the dark meat and the skin Thats where all your flavor is gonna be.. Waste not want not.. then put veggies and chciken all in the Crock Pot..
  • Step 4
Add your seasonings now that is to your liking i usually eyeball them so up to you how much you want and cook on high for the first 4 and half hours and then on low for the last half hour..
  • Step 5
On the last half hour prepare your Egg Drop Dumplings.. In a med mixing bowl add your flour salt and eggs. Make sure it becomes the consistency of GLUE.. if that means adding a little more flour then do so.. If it is not this consistency they will not work.. once you get them there then using a teaspoon and the fork that you mixed them with drop them teaspoon at a time into the soup. and let them cook for the last 15-20mins to make sure they are fully cooked.
  • Step 6
Last but not least.. DO NOT ADD YOUR EGG NOODLES TO THE SOUP YOU LOSE THE BROTH THAT WAY COOK IN ANOTHER POT OF SALTED WATER..THEN ONCE THEY ARE FINISHED THEN ENJOY!!
