How To Make hamburger soup
-
Step 1Brown ground beef using a fork to break it up into small pieces, the smaller, the better. Drain in colander when done. Add garlic and other spices, heat through. Add 2 boxes chicken broth and 1 can whole peeled tomatoes (including juice). Use potato masher to mash the tomatoes. Bring to a boil, add 2 bags soup vegetables and okay, lower heat to simmer. Simmer until cook through, add bag of noodles last. Cook until noodles are tender, serve. Serving in bread bowls is a great way to serve this soup. My family, even my grandkids, love this soup.

Step 2Vegetables are just a suggestion, you can use any vegetable you like. I love okra, the rest of my family doesn't so I just add some to my soup. Experiment with what your family likes, it's a delicious base.
