French market soup is hearty, meaty, full of flavor and versatile. It's perfect for Christmas Eve get-togethers with family! I also use it to meet all of my late mother's Southern "good luck" menu requirements for New Year's Day.

This soup is so good.  It cooked all day and made the house smell simply wonderful.  We all went back for seconds... In fact, my son and grandson both wanted to take it for lunch the next day! Test Kitchen Avatar The Test Kitchen
