Ingredients
- 3 quarts chicken stock
- 6 - chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
- 2 cups carrots, sliced
- 2 cups celery, sliced
- 3 cups small egg noodles
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/3 cup sherry
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make favorite chicken noodle soup

Step 1Bring stock to a boil, add carrots and cook for 10 minutes.

Step 2Add celery and continue to cook for 5 to 10 minutes.

Step 3Add egg noodles and cook according to directions on package.

Step 4When noodles are done, add chicken, mushrooms, parsley, sherry and rosemary.

Step 5Add parmesan and cream, if using.

Step 6Cook for another 10 minutes

Step 7Adjust seasoning, if needed, by adding seasoning salt and pepper.

Step 8If soup is to thick add chicken broth to desired consistency.
